General Job Responsibility • Drive sales and business growth for home loans and other financial products. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders. • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation. • Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with credit, operations, and legal teams. • Manage collections and reduce delinquency in early due accounts (EDA) and last 1 year sourcing. • Lead a team of sales executives, providing training, guidance, and performance monitoring. • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal reporting standards. • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
Experience • Required: 3-5 years of experience in sales within the BFSI sector (preferably housing finance, mortgage loans, or Banking). • Preferred: Experience in team handling, channel sales, and collections.
