Sales Manager

Role Summary:
We are looking for dynamic professionals with experience in home loan and LAP sourcing through DSAs. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling DSA channels, driving retail mortgage business, and achieving disbursal targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).

• Source Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSAs.

• Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely disbursements.

• Work closely with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth file processing.

• Maintain strong relationships with DSAs to maximize business.

• Conduct training and performance reviews for DSAs.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Retail Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sales.

• Prior experience in DSA sourcing is mandatory.

• Good understanding of mortgage loan products and local market.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and target-driven approach.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
