Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and develop strategies for business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building strong client relationships, coaching sales agents, and ensuring operational excellence in the real estate sales process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
Negotiate and close property sales deals effectively.
2. Team Leadership
Train and mentor sales agents to ensure high performance.
Set individual and team sales targets, and monitor progress.
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
Oversee client communications to ensure exceptional customer service.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Marketing & Networking
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.
Represent the company at networking events, property exhibitions, and open houses.
Maintain a professional presence in the community to enhance brand visibility.
5. Administrative & Reporting
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for senior management.
Manage budgets, contracts, and legal documentation related to sales.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate (3–7 years preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
