Role Summary
Fastech Telecommunications is looking for a high-energy, revenue-driven sales professional to drive business growth across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.
This is a frontline sales role, focused on new business acquisition, strategic account development, and revenue generation across telecom, government, and enterprise ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
· Own and deliver quarterly & annual sales targets
· Build a strong pipeline and aggressively pursue new business opportunities
· Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → closure
🔹 Strategic Customer Engagement (Key Addition)
· Engage with a wide ecosystem of customers across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh, including:
o Telecom operators & ISPs
o Government departments and organizations such as
§ DRDO
§ Defense PSUs
§ Indian Railways
o Data Centers & cloud providers
o Telecom Global Capability Centers (GCCs)
o RF & Fiber system integrators and contractors
o Network equipment developers and manufacturers
· Build relationships with decision-makers, technical teams, and procurement authorities
· manage and grow key accounts in the assigned territory
· Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Fastech’s portfolio
· Negotiate contracts/agreements on behalf of the company with the customers
· Arrange to get the payment for the products and services supplied or promised
Desired Candidates Profile:
The person should have the following attributes and requirements to fulfill the job requirements:
1. Qualification: Electronics / Telecommunication Engineer with good knowledge of telecom networks and applications of telecom network elements.
Government / PSU customers
Telecom operators & ISPs
System integrators or OEM ecosystem
2. Shall be familiar with or open to learning the technology and operations of :
Test equipment for IP Ethernet, OTN, DWDM, SDH networks.
Fiber monitoring systems.
Wireless Network Planning, Testing & Optimization solution
Network visibility solutions.
3. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English to engage with clients, key decision makers. Should also have proficiency to speak in Telugu and Hindi, for engaging with customers in the region.
4. Should always be ready to meet clients to generate Sales leads, Opportunities, account mapping.
5. Should be a team player and accomplish results, in coordination with pre-sales and operations team members.
