As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales, managing key corporate accounts, and building long-term customer relationships. You'll work closely with decision-makers to deliver customized solutions and drive business growth.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Key Account Management.
Proven experience in selling physical products to corporate clients.
Strong experience in business development and managing enterprise accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in Printing, Corporate Gifting, Merchandising, Office Supplies, FMCG, Packaging, or other B2B product-based industries is preferred.
Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic account management.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Meet and exceed revenue and business growth targets.
Engage with HR, Procurement, Marketing, and Admin stakeholders to understand business needs.
Prepare customized proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular account updates.
