Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Executive located in Gurugram. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, handling commercial leasing, and managing lease negotiations and administration. The role also involves preparing and administering lease agreements and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Skills in Commercial Leasing, Lease Negotiations, and Lease Administration

• Experience with Leases and Market Research

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience in real estate or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
