We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our interior design business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into clients, and building long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, and commercial property owners.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, online platforms, and referrals.
Handle walk-in and online inquiries and explain our services, design approach, and pricing.
Coordinate with the design team to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
Follow up with potential clients and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Maintain CRM data for tracking leads, progress, and customer feedback.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations as needed.
Collaborate with marketing team for campaign input and lead generation strategy.
Stay updated on interior design trends, market competition, and pricing strategies.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or home improvement industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in client interaction and ability to explain design and pricing.
Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet monthly sales targets.
Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and project timelines is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
