Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and performance plans.

Monitor daily operations, pipeline management, and lead conversions.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business goals.
Prepare accurate sales reports and present insights to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in sales and team handling.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
Experience in the EdTech or service-based industry preferred.
