Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to handle direct customers and dealers for textile/uniform products. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable product solutions, handling inquiries, negotiating and closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle direct customers and dealers through calls, WhatsApp, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable textile/uniform products.
· Handle inquiries promptly, communicate product value, address objections, and negotiate orders.
· Convert inquiries into sales and work toward achieving sales targets.
· Present product features, benefits, and solutions effectively.
· Maintain existing customer/dealer relationships and identify repeat-business opportunities.
· Manage post-sales customer/dealer communication and support customer satisfaction.
· Track inquiries, customer records, sales pipeline, CRM updates, and sales reports.
· Use basic Excel, Tally journal-entry skills, and CRM/Google Sheets for sales tracking and reporting.
· Identify process or product improvements and implement approved systems to improve efficiency.
Required Skills
· Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
· Sales and relationship-management ability.
· Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
· Ability to manage inquiries and follow-ups independently.
