● Lead Handling:

- Log all incoming leads in the 'Meta Leads' Google Sheet.

● Sales Calls and Quotation Creation:

- Use assigned phones to call clients and gather detailed information

about their event requirements.

- Create accurate and comprehensive quotations based on client

specifications and company pricing structure.

● Follow-ups and Client Engagement:

- Send introductory messages and portfolios via WhatsApp after the

initial sales call.

● Meeting Coordination and Booking Process:

- Arrange detailed conversation meetings with senior team

members for package discussions with clients.
