Experience: 6 months – 5 years (BPO domain mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate (10 + 2 + 3 format)
Age Limit: 18 – 30 years
Working Days: 6 days/week
Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
Engage in business-to-business (B2B) sales activities.
Contact prospective clients and conduct sales presentations.
Promote Tata premium products and services to key stakeholders.
Maintain long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, support, and client satisfaction.
Document all client interactions and update CRM tools as needed.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO or inside sales environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and at least one regional language.
Strong understanding of sales processes and client handling.
Proficient in basic computer usage and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced setup.
