Job Title: Sales Consultant

Real Estate Company: Starsun Real Estate

Location: Noida (Handling Dubai & India Properties)

Job Summary Starsun Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and confident Female Sales Consultant who can handle real estate sales along with digital engagement. The role involves dealing with Dubai and Noida real estate projects, lead generation, client handling, and creating short video content to capture and promote premium real estate offerings, especially Dubai real estate.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle sales inquiries for Dubai & Noida properties with top-notch developers

 Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media & walk-ins

 Present and explain Dubai real estate investment opportunities to clients

 Coordinate with developers and internal teams for project updates and closures

 Create short video content (reels, walkthroughs, promotional clips) for social media  Assist in site visits, virtual tours, and client meetings

 Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships

 Capture and promote Dubai real estate trends and projects for marketing campaigns

 Maintain proper CRM records and sales reports Required Skills & Qualifications

 Female candidate preferred

 Excellent communication & negotiation skills

 Knowledge or interest in Dubai real estate & Indian real estate market

 Comfortable with camera-facing content (reels, videos, promotions)

 Experience in sales, real estate, or lead generation is an advantage

 Confident, presentable, and result-oriented personality

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
