� Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 2–8 years in real estate sales—residential and commercial. At least
1 year in team leadership ›1 year noted
Education: Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or similar (MBA preferred)
Skills Required:
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership qualities
Familiarity with CRM systems & MS Office
Deep understanding of local (Noida) real estate market
✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to meet/exceed monthly & quarterly
targets
Generate & nurture leads (inbound/outbound, cold-call, network, referrals)
Manage client relationships—from consultations to deal closing; conduct site visits &
walkthroughs
Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing for strategic insight
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
Maintain CRM, prepare sales reports, and provide forecasts to senior management
