·        Store should be opened on time and should be clean and well maintained

·        Should talk to the team everyday target vs achievement, backlog, product wise

·        Should give everyday stock report with IMEI nos with ageing to all staff & promoters

·        Should give every week non-moving stock report to all staff& promoters with a deadline to liquidate.

·        Should file all bank deposit challan and charge slip

·        Should maintain inward stock register in separate file.

·        Should ensure that all counters should have price list
