Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive at Riddhi Lubricants, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service and technical product knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the automotive and industrial lubricant markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users.

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales agreements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop actionable insights.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support promotional campaigns and resolve client queries.
