Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and client visits.

  • Explain company services (home shifting, office relocation, storage, etc.) to potential clients.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close deals.

  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).

  • Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth execution of bookings.

  • Handle customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales activities.
