Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, conducting site visits, and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to build a successful career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.

Connect with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.

Present residential and commercial property options to customers.

Schedule and conduct site visits with clients.

Follow up with leads to maximize sales conversions.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Negotiate deals and assist customers throughout the sales process.

Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility

Candidates with 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, BPO, Telecalling, or Customer Service are welcome to apply.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.
