Job Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students regarding courses and admissions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective candidates.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain candidate records and CRM updates.
Achieve daily and monthly counselling targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
