About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Intrigative to own the customer-facing sales process — from the first inquiry to successful sale. You will understand customer requirements, explain Quantan's products and solutions, follow up with interested customers, and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and leads.

• Communicate with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and other relevant channels.

• Understand customer requirements and explain Quantan's products/solutions.

• Follow up with interested customers regularly.

• Handle customer questions and provide relevant product information.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.

• Qualify leads and identify serious/prospective customers.

• Convert inquiries into successful sales.

• Maintain lead and customer information and follow-up records.

• Coordinate with the founder/internal team whenever product or technical clarification is required.

• Handle customer concerns and objections professionally.

• Track sales activities and follow-ups.

• Work towards an assigned minimum sales target.

• Take ownership of the sales process from inquiry to conversion.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant sales, business development or customer-facing experience.

• Graduate/Bachelor's degree.

• MBA in Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Business Development, Management or similar is preferred.

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Sales, negotiation and convincing ability.

• Lead follow-up and relationship management skills.

• Product presentation/pitching ability.

• Target-oriented mindset.

• Excel / Google Sheets / CRM familiarity.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong ownership and accountability.

Compensation & Incentive

• Salary: To be discussed.

• Sales Incentive: 5% on every successful sale.

• Sales Target: A minimum sales target will be assigned; the exact target will be communicated at the time of joining.
