Job Description

Position: Inside Sales Executive/ Sales Coordinator
Location: Narhe, Pune
Working Days & Time: Monday to Saturday (9.30 to 6.30 PM)

  1. Make outbound sales calls to prospects and customers

  2. Send quotations and follow up quotations

  3. Follow up for collection of invoices

  4. Take incoming customer calls and solve customer queries/problems

  5. Maintain accurate and current customers and proposals database in CRM system

  6. Arrange dispatches and provide customers dispatch details

  7. General office administration, filing, coordination

  8. ERP Knowledge
