Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: AJMERI GATE , New Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Head

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves promoting aluminium products, identifying potential customers, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, emails, exhibitions, and field visits.

• Prepare and send quotations to clients and follow up regularly.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.

• Coordinate with the marketing and production teams for timely order execution.

• Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in CRM.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Visit customers to build and maintain strong business relationships.

• Participate in exhibitions and promotional activities.

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.A / B.Com / BCA / MBA / M.A (preferred background in Marketing or Business)

• Experience: 0–3 years in sales or business development (industrial or aluminium industry preferred).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer handling and follow-up ability.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and team player.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• Minimum 3 new orders per month.

• Regular follow-up on all inquiries.

• Proper reporting and coordination with seniors.
