We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales & Event Management Executive who can drive business growth while managing events from concept to completion. This role combines client servicing, sales, planning, and execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced event environment.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management
Plan, manage, and execute corporate, social, and wedding events end-to-end, from initial client brief and concept development to on-ground execution and post-event closure
Create detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies
Coordinate with vendors, production teams, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery
Handle on-site event management, client coordination, and issue resolution
Client Servicing & Sales
Communicate effectively with B2B and B2C clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into impactful event solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive service and follow-ups
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients
Assist in pitching services to new and existing clients
Proposals & Presentations
Create compelling, visually engaging proposal presentations (PPTs) that clearly outline concepts, themes, deliverables, budgets, and execution plans
Customize proposals based on client requirements and present them confidently during meetings and pitches
Requirements
Female candidate only
2–3 years of experience in event management, sales, or client servicing
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Strong command over PowerPoint, MS Office, and proposal documentation
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in client interactions
Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and handle pressure during live events
Client-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
