Job Description: Telesales Executive (Loan Sales)

Position: Telesales Executive

Location: Moti Nagar

Salary: ₹25000 In-Hand per month

Experience Required: Loan Sales Experience (PL, BL, LAP)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive with experience in loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, understanding customer financial requirements, and promoting loan products including Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

Explain loan products and their benefits to customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

Follow up with interested customers and guide them through the application process.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.

Coordinate with the operations and credit teams for smooth loan processing.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales/telesales.

Experience in selling Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Good knowledge of banking and financial products.

Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
