Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential F&B and retail brands.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, online research and other platforms.
Understand client requirements and explore business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with brands and decision-makers.
Negotiate business terms and convert potential leads into clients.
Coordinate with internal scouting and leasing teams to fulfil brand requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups and manage business relationships.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition.
Ability to build professional relationships and achieve targets.
Candidates with experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition or B2B Sales are preferred.
