We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Sales Executive to support the growth of our toy manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a polite and professional communication style, strong English-speaking and writing skills, and a customer-first mindset. This role focuses on lead conversion, new business generation, and building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
Convert incoming and outbound leads into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Communicate product details, pricing, and value propositions clearly and politely in English or Hindi.
Handle customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Track and improve lead conversion ratios.
Conduct occasional field visits for client meetings, distributor onboarding, or trade-related activities (if required)
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and orders in Excel or CRM or sales tracking systems.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Gather market feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
Represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of sales experience (experience in toys, FMCG, consumer products, or manufacturing is an advantage)
Experience working with distributors, retailers, or B2B customers is a plus
