Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales / Business Development Engineer
with 3–5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales. The role involves driving business
growth by developing new customers, managing key accounts, and delivering techno
commercial solutions in the industrial segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors
• Meet and engage with:
o End users
o Consultants
o OEMs
o EPC contractors
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable solutions
• Generate enquiries and convert them into orders
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations
• Handle negotiations and close deals
• Manage complete sales cycle:
o Enquiry → Proposal → Order → Execution → Payment realization
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Travel across North India for client meetings and business development
Key requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales
• Preferred experience in:
o Industrial heaters
o ETP / RO systems
o HVAC systems
o Industrial pumps
o Process equipment
• Strong technical understanding of industrial applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions independently
• Willingness to travel extensively
Educational Qualification
• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Science Graduates with relevant experience may also apply
