Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive for our Pune office, with 4–5 years of experience in Direct Sales, Commercial Sales, or B2B Sales. Experience in the fitness equipment industry will be a strong advantage. The candidate will play a key role in driving sales across Pune and nearby regions and will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and qualify leads through direct sales, B2B marketing, and field visits
· Meet potential clients to present and promote Fitline’s range of fitness equipment
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
· Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for business growth
· Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment and customer service
· Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports to the Regional Manager
Requirements:
· Minimum Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline
· 4–5 years of relevant experience in direct/commercial/B2B sales
· Prior experience in the Fitness Equipment industry is preferred
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Self-motivated and target-driven
· Willingness to travel 8–10 days per month, within Pune and to nearby cities
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
Compensation:
· Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience)
