About the Role

We are looking for Inside Sales Executives with 2–3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development. The ideal candidates should be target-driven, confident communicators, and able to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

v Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels.

v Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions.

v Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

v Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

v Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.

v Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams for lead conversion.

Requirements

v Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

v 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development.

v Strong communication and negotiation skills.

v Proven record of achieving sales targets.

v Proficiency in CRM tools and sales processes.

v Self-motivated and results-oriented.
