Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with previous experience in event management, exhibition companies, trade fair organizers, or hospitality industry associations.

The candidate should have strong expertise in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, event-based business development, and relationship management.

The individual will be responsible for generating business opportunities through hospitality exhibitions, trade shows, industry associations, corporate events, and networking platforms, including HOTREMAI.

3. Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through exhibitions, trade fairs, hospitality events, and corporate networking.

Develop and maintain relationships with HOTREMAI members, hotel owners, restaurant owners, café chains, banquet managers, and hospitality professionals.

Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate qualified leads.

Promote Romio's product portfolio, including POS Billing Solutions, Digital Signage Solutions, LED Standees, Digital Menu Boards, LED Video Walls, Self-Ordering Kiosks, and other digital display products.

Coordinate with event organizers, exhibitors, vendors, and association representatives to explore business opportunities.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into business through client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and regular follow-ups.

Identify sponsorship opportunities, exhibition participation, branding opportunities, and event partnerships.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress in CRM.

Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily sales and business development reports.

Build long-term relationships with decision-makers across the Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Bakery, Banquet, and Retail industries.

4. Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in event management, exhibitions, trade fairs, or B2B sales.

Prior experience working with an event management company or exhibition organizer is highly preferred.

Understanding of the hospitality and HoReCa industry, particularly HOTREMAI, will be an added advantage.

Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to independently generate leads and close business deals.

Willingness to travel for exhibitions, events, and client meetings.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM software.
