Job Description:
ESSELL is looking for a smart and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our Delhi office. This role is ideal for a candidate who not only understands tele sales but can also analyze internal data to generate quality leads and support the sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze company’s existing data to identify potential leads and business opportunities

• Maintain and organize sales data in Excel

• Collaborate with the tele sales team to pass on qualified leads

• Track sales trends, lead conversion rates, and other key performance metrics

• Generate daily/weekly reports based on tele calling data

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis

• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, etc.)

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Good communication in English

• Ability to generate leads based on internal data insights
