Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Sales Executive with preferably proven experience in a digital marketing agency environment or B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing agency experience is preferred.
Should be willing to make field visits.
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through outbound and inbound channels.
Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Web, etc.) to prospective clients.
Conduct discovery calls, understand client requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates in coordination with internal teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1+ years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency (preferable).
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and terminology.
Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead generation platforms.
Good to have Qualifications
Experience handling domestic and/or international clients.
Knowledge of proposal tools, sales funnels, and performance metrics.
Experience with B2B sales in digital services.
