Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

CapitalBoon Consulting is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at pitching to clients and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively pitch real estate projects to potential clients and generate interest.

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Assist clients throughout the property-buying process, addressing inquiries and concerns.

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets through effective client engagement.

  • Maintain an organized database of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (real estate preferred).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach and results-driven mindset.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office.
