Sales Executive / Counsellor (Immediate Joiner)
On-Floor Responsibilities:
• Engage directly with walk-in clients/customers
• Explain products/services and close sales
• Handle inquiries, negotiations, and objections
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Off-Floor Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to handle both fieldwork and office/floor duties
• Goal-oriented and result-driven mindset
