Sales Executive

• Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Drive showroom sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.

  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.

  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

• Customer Service:

  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Handle high-value clients and resolve escalated customer issues effectively.

  • Maintain showroom ambiance and cleanliness to create a luxury shopping experience.

• Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff.

  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and discipline.

  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

• Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Ensure proper stock display, tagging, and regular stock audits.

  • Coordinate with purchase and logistics for stock replenishment.

  • Prevent stock loss through tight security and process control.

• Showroom Operations:

  • Supervise daily operations including billing, cash management, and visual merchandising.

  • Maintain showroom infrastructure, safety, and compliance.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
