Role Objective
Looking for Senior Sales Engineer To drive rental business growth by achieving revenue targets, maximizing asset utilization, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring disciplined sales processes while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Generation & Collection
• Achieve monthly and quarterly rental revenue targets
• Generate business from construction, mining, and industrial sectors
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivables
Sales Process & CRM Discipline
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
• Track leads, opportunities, and closures effectively
• Ensure proper documentation across the sales cycle
Funnel Conversion & Asset Utilization
• Improve quotation-to-order conversion ratio
• Maximize utilization of rental assets across assigned territory
• Monitor idle equipment and ensure quick deployment
Territory Coverage
• Execute customer visits as per defined journey plans
• Develop new customers and manage key accounts
• Optimize travel and expenses to ensure strong ROI
AI Adoption & Digital Efficiency
• Use AI tools for lead generation, reporting, and productivity improvement
• Adopt digital tools for forecasting and performance tracking
Key Skills Required
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
• Understanding of rental business and equipment utilization
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems
• Analytical approach towards sales funnel and ROI
• Willingness to adopt AI tools and new technologies
Educational Qualification
• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) preferred
• MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage
