Job Description

Position: Business Development Manager (Enterprise Focus)
Location: Okhla Ph-2, Delhi
Experience: 4-6 years in B2B sales, preferably in refurbished electronics/e-commerce
Salary Range: 5-6 LPA (plus incentives)

Job Summary:
Drive enterprise partnerships with SMEs for bulk refurbished device sales, buyback programs, and protection plans. Leverage strong communication skills to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets in the refurbished gadgets market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard SME clients (e.g., retail chains, corporates) for refurbished phones/laptops and device buyback services.

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and deal closures.

  • Conduct market analysis on refurbished electronics trends and competitor offerings (e.g., Cashify, OLX).

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of enterprise accounts, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.

  • Collaborate with operations for seamless delivery, quality checks, and warranty fulfillment.

  • Track KPIs like revenue targets, client acquisition, and retention rates.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of BDM experience in enterprise sales, ideally from refurbished/second-hand electronics sector.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication; proven track record in SME dealings.

  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building expertise.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and refurbished device ecosystem.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.

  • Location: Okla Office (relocation assistance available).
