Sales Engineer

Duties

The employee will be provided with a schedule of assigned duties and responsibilities. However, the company reserves the right to assign additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary in the company’s interest.

In your capacity as Engineer – Sales, you will report to the Directors or any other officer deputed by them.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing

• Generate leads and achieve business targets.

• Utilize Sales Funnel Management tools, formats, and conduct regular follow-ups with customers.

2. Customer Coordination

• Ensure effective communication and coordination to achieve the company’s goal of Total Customer Satisfaction.

3. Region

• Telangana

Reporting Requirements

• Submit Daily Log Report (DLR) before 8:00 PM every day.

  • Absence of DLR submission will be treated as absence.

  • The report must be emailed and sent via mail to sales@shantibuilders.com and uploaded in Drive.

• Submit Monthly Activity Report (MAR) on or before the 5th of every preceding month.

Travel & Allowances

Local Travel:

• Entitled to conveyance reimbursement at ₹3.5 per KM.

• Subject to submission of a Daily Activity Report with full details.

Outstation Travel:

• Stay: Company reimburses hotel expenses:

  • ₹1000–1200 (Tier 1 cities)

  • ₹600–1000 (Tier 2 cities)

• Conveyance: At actuals, upon producing vouchers and proof of bills.

• Mode: Inter-city travel by bus/train; local travel by auto/rickshaw.

• Daily Allowance: ₹300 per day (if outside Hyderabad).

Performance Monitoring

• Cost per call will be closely monitored.

• You will be accountable for your performance.

Code of Conduct

1. You shall not pledge the company’s credit or make representations unless specifically authorized.

2. Retirement age is fixed at 55 years, with an option for early retirement at 55 years.

3. You shall not divulge trade secrets or confidential information during or after employment.

4. You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations relevant to your duties.

5. You are expected to discharge responsibilities with initiative, efficiency, economy, integrity, and loyalty.
