Sales Coordinator / Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible Counter Sales Assistant for our boutique jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should be comfortable assisting customers, handling stock work, and supporting all day-to-day store operations.

✨ Job Responsibilities

1️⃣ Customer Interaction & Sales

• Welcome customers and showcase jewellery collections

• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable designs

• Explain product details like weight, purity, stones, pricing, etc.

• Assist customers with trial, selection, and billing

• Ensure a warm, positive in-store experience

2️⃣ Counter & Store Operations

• Prepare and maintain sales bills

• Update daily sales entries and customer details

• Help with jewellery display arrangement and upkeep

• Coordinate with internal teams for orders, adjustments, repairs, etc.

3️⃣ Backend & Administrative Tasks

• Stock counting, stock checking, and daily stock updation

• Maintain accurate records of inward/outward pieces

• Organize product trays, tags, and price labels

• Handle Karigaar / Artisan inputs, item movements, and documentation

• Basic data entry and record maintenance in the system

📌 Requirements

• Female candidates preferred (as per boutique sales norms)

• Good communication skills (English / Telugu / Hindi)

• Strong computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, data entry)

• Pleasant personality with customer-friendly attitude

• Ability to multitask during sales + backend operations

• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Prior experience in jewellery retail is a plus (not mandatory)
