We are looking for a customer-focused and well-spoken Inbound Telecaller to handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and convert incoming calls into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service approach.
Handle incoming calls related to room inquiries, reservations, pricing, and availability.
Provide accurate and detailed information about hotel rooms, facilities, amenities, and ongoing offers.
Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Assist guests with modifications, cancellations, or special requests.
Maintain records of all customer interactions in the reservation system.
Ensure every caller receives a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with front office, sales, and other internal teams when required.
Maintain professionalism and follow hospitality communication standards.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good listening skills and polite telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with booking/reservation software is a plus.
Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays if required.
