Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and well-spoken Inbound Telecaller to handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and convert incoming calls into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls related to room inquiries, reservations, pricing, and availability.

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about hotel rooms, facilities, amenities, and ongoing offers.

  • Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings.

  • Assist guests with modifications, cancellations, or special requests.

  • Maintain records of all customer interactions in the reservation system.

  • Ensure every caller receives a positive customer experience.

  • Coordinate with front office, sales, and other internal teams when required.

  • Maintain professionalism and follow hospitality communication standards.


Skills & Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Good listening skills and polite telephone etiquette.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.

  • Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with booking/reservation software is a plus.

  • Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays if required.
