Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female)

Location: Satya Sai, Indore
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday – Saturday)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Depends on candidature)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Order Management: Process and track sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Handle sample requests and follow-ups.

• Coordination: Act as a link between the sales team, production/factory, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries.

• Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries, provide product/service information, and maintain professional communication.

• Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with clients and accounts team to ensure timely payment collection through emails, calls, and reminders.

• Sales Analysis: Prepare periodic sales reports, track performance, and provide insights to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
