Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Customers and the Sales Team for Daily Operations
Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices & Sales Orders
Handle Customer Enquiries through Calls, Emails & WhatsApp
Maintain Sales MIS, Order Status & Customer Database
Follow Up with Customers for Orders, Deliveries & Payments
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch & Accounts Departments
Prepare Sales Reports, Documentation & Order Records
Update CRM / ERP Systems and Maintain Accurate Data
Schedule Customer Meetings and Ensure Timely Follow-Ups
