Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in daily operations, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, coordinate orders, and maintain sales records.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
Follow up with clients on quotations and pending orders.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams.
Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and records.
Assist the sales team in achieving business targets.
Required Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Experience in sales coordination or a similar role will be preferred.
