Key Responsibilities

Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio and other marketplaces.

Create and optimize product listings.

Catalogue creation and management.

Inventory and stock monitoring.

Order and return management.

Coordinate with brands and marketplace support teams.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Track sales performance and prepare reports.

Handle pricing updates and product uploads.

Ensure marketplace compliance and account health.

Coordinate with the advertising team for Amazon Ads and marketplace campaigns.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

Good understanding of marketplace operations.

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

Knowledge of cataloguing and listing optimization.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple client accounts.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket).

Knowledge of Amazon PPC

Familiarity with Helium 10 or similar marketplace tools.

Eligibility

1–3 years of relevant marketplace experience.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
