Job Responsibilities: • Post job openings on job portals such as Apna, Indeed, Naukri, etc. • Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, references, social media) • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates • Conduct telephonic interviews and initial assessments • Schedule and coordinate interviews with the management team • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process • Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and telecalling profiles • Coordinate with candidates for offer acceptance and joining formalities • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports • Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets
