Job Description

Lead & CRM Management: Update customer and channel partner details in the CRM software, tracking daily inquiries and lead pipelines.

Client & Broker Coordination: Handle phone, email, and WhatsApp follow-ups, schedule property viewings, and assist walk-in clients.

Sales Administration: Prepare quotations, booking forms, payment schedules, and marketing collateral.

Documentation & Closing Support: Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts, down payments, and registration papers are processed correctly.

Reporting: Generate regular sales performance reports, MIS data, and inventory tracking updates for management.
