Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and project tracking sheets.
Follow up with clients regarding pending proposals, approvals and upcominhg projects.
Prepare professional emails, sales reports, MIS, and presentations.
Collect project requirements from clients and share with technical/execution teams.
Maintain a systematic filing system for contracts, BOQs, drawings, and customer correspondence.
Handle tender-related documentation and support during bidding processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and follow-ups.
Schedule client meetings, site visits, and coordinate communication between clients and the sales/execution teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
4. Administrative Duties
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Support marketing activities including preparing brochures, posts, and presentations.
