Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team and customers for order processing and follow-up

• Prepare and manage sales orders, quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations

• Maintain customer records, pricing details, and sales data

• Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery

• Track order status and update customers regularly

• Handle customer inquiries, emails, and phone calls professionally

• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and documentation

• Support new customer onboarding and documentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field

• Diploma / Graduate with relevant experience can also apply

Experience:

• 1 to 4 years experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support role

• Experience in manufacturing / engineering industry preferred

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Knowledge of sales documentation and order processing

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

• Customer-oriented approach
