Sales Co-ordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage client communications, order processing, and inter-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.

• Respond to client inquiries and manage communications.

• Validate and process Purchase Orders (POs), coordinating with internal teams.

• Maintain CRM database and update client details.

• Generate weekly sales reports and monitor job progress.

• Process orders accurately and on time; address any delays/issues.

• Assist with after-sales support and follow up on payments.

• Help organize promotional activities and events.

• Prepare reports in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Experience in sales coordination or similar roles.

• Proficient in MS-Office and CRM tools.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
