Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sourcing Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Sourcing Sales Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners to generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the Mumbai real estate market, strong networking skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to identify, reach-out and on-board / Activate channel partners, brokers, and agents in Mumbai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners and agents to foster loyalty and generate business opportunities.
Organize and conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops with channel partners and agents to educate them about our Company, projects and offerings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Prepare weekly & monthly reports to for management review
Provide guidance and support to channel partners and agents throughout the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with channel partners or agents in a professional and timely manner.
Stay updated on real estate regulations, policies, and market conditions in Mumbai to provide accurate information and advice to channel partners and agents.
Work towards achieving monthly & quarterly targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 3+yrs as a Sourcing Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate industry, with a focus on building relationships with channel partners and agents.
Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and competitor analysis.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree, additional certifications or training in real estate sales and marketing is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel within Mumbai to conduct regular meetings with Channel partners
