Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated freshers to join our sales team as a Sales Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone, introducing our IT services, generating leads, and helping to drive revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are eager to build a career in IT sales and want to gain foundational experience in outbound sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists.
Introduce Kelevo’s IT services (software development, app development, custom solutions etc.) in a clear, persuasive way.
Identify client needs/questions and articulate how our services can address them.
Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments for senior sales team members.
Update and maintain lead and call records in our CRM system accurately.
Achieve daily/weekly targets in terms of number of calls, qualified leads, appointments etc.
Collaborate with marketing and senior sales to improve call pitches and feedback on lead quality.
Handle objections professionally; be persistent but respectful.
What We’re Looking For
Freshers with 0-6 months of experience. Prior sales or telecalling experience is a plus but not required.
Strong verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi / local languages is useful.
Confident, resilient, and able to handle rejection without losing motivation.
Basic computer skills; willingness to learn CRM tools and internal systems.
Goal-oriented attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good listening skills; ability to understand what the prospect is saying and respond appropriately.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport over phone.
